What do you like best about Condens?

I really appreciate the customer support team at Condens--they are very friendly, and it's easy to chat with them and get help with your questions. I also appreciate that the product is easy to use, and they are very mindful with their approach to AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

There aren't any downsides to Condens; it's fast and easy to use, and I appreciate that I can still do my human inputs and analysis vs. having the AI do it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Condens solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Condens primarily for academic qualitative research as a PhD student, and I was using Dovetail before to code my data, but they put a paywall over my favorite basic features--highlight and tagging--and Condens has this available for free + a robust student plan. Condens is helping me learn how to be a qualitative researcher and values the human-inputs in research analysis, which is something I can't say other products or companies are doing.
