What do you like best about Concretio?

Recommendations to others considering Concretio:

Yes ofcourse, the application is build in order to minimize the workload and to perform the production activities smoothly. I can say we are working on multiple task and every one wants to complete their task very soon accurately. So salesforce application is veryful useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a part of Utility based company we are required to work with salesforce and It is very helpful in contacting the client through service request and provding the details in automated format for business requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
