Ease of use for content creators. It is an excellent framework for creating almost any website/application for developers. You can tell that the developers have a clear vision for their CMS, and while they did adapt to a changing internet, they stuck to their original vision when creating their CMS. Documentation is sometimes vague, and when you run into an issue, you feel at a loss; the dev team is very active on their forum and Github, which makes it possible to ask questions almost directly.
