What do you like best about Concept3D?

Love the dynamic labels and the granular control they provide. Love the walking tours and how easy they are to put together and adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concept3D?

In the 7 years I have been working with Concept3D directly, I have had 5 different CSMs. They have all been excellent. I just would like a little better continuity in my CSM, who is supposed to know my contract -- I have had to correct 2 different CSMs who were trying to bill for something that was covered in our contract, and one of them tried the same thing twice.

I depend on the CSMs to make sure I operate within my contract, and when I am requesting a service outside my contract, that it actually be outside my contract, instead of me having to catch them on a double billing situation. Every time this has happened, they have worked to correct the issue. But it can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are so many things that the maps system from Concept3D can do. It is very flexible and we find that the maps are used very often. We were able to build self guided walking tours that utilized the map system. The other great thing that their software helped solve was door to door walking instructions between buildings. Concept3D is focused on ensuring that their customers can do as much as possible, the latest change is their tansition to dynamic labels, and then taking the feedback from that and creating dynamic labels 2.0 which allows for stacking the labels and deciding order of display.
