The CMS is extremely easy to use yet flexible and deep in features, allowing for a range of opportunities when it comes to mapping the campus. They are frequently adding new features, so it doesn't feel staid.

Considering how long we've been using the platform (we are one of the first 20 Universities) the fact that we have never experienced downtime of any noticeable length, or any real length at all, has been extremely impressive.

The client support has been excellent throughout, with regular check-ins to introduce new features, offer ideas, discuss analytics, and listen to feedback.
