What do you like best about Computools?

What I like best about Computools is how well they understand the business side of a technology project. They did not just focus on building the technical solution, but took time to understand our processes and where things could be improved. What do you dislike about Computools?

There isn't much I would change based on our experience. If anything, I would have liked a little more visibility around timelines and priorities during some stages of the work, but the team was responsive when we raised questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Computools:

I would recommend Computools to teams that need help improving business processes or handling complex technology projects. They take time to understand the requirements, communicate clearly, and are willing to adjust when priorities change. What problems is Computools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Computools helped us improve some of the manual workflows around document creation and day-to-day process management. This gave us better visibility into the work, reduced repetitive tasks, and made it easier for the team to keep processes moving without as much manual coordination.
