The Compulink Advantage Conference was both insightful and informative, offering an exciting glimpse into what's ahead for the platform and its users. The event was exceptionally well-organized, with a great deal of thought and attention to detail evident throughout. From the pre-conference event at Dierks Bentley's to the food, Thursday evening's dinner party, giveaways, and prizes, Compulink truly went above and beyond to create an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Beyond the hospitality, the educational sessions were thoughtfully structured and covered a wide range of relevant topics. I felt the conference offered valuable information not only for physicians and practice administrators, but also for team members involved in day-to-day operations. Sessions focusing on billing, credentialing, patient experience, and EHR functionality could be particularly beneficial for administrative and support staff.
Overall, it was a well-executed event that successfully combined education, networking, and hospitality while providing valuable insight into the future of Compulink and opportunities to improve practice efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is certainly not a criticism, as I recognize how much information and programming must be accommodated within a two-day conference. However, it would be wonderful to have additional opportunities or dedicated time to visit the Support Lounge and speak directly with Compulink representatives. With so many valuable educational sessions taking place, it can be challenging to find time to take advantage of the one-on-one support opportunities without missing other presentations. Having a little more flexibility in the schedule for these interactions would be a welcome addition to future conferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
