What do you dislike about Compulink Advantage?

It is extremely challenging to set it up properly with trying to understand how all of the connections prompt each other. For example, we never set up practice Watch when we first launched and now it is almost 4 years later and we are just setting it up now I feel like we should’ve had more intensive training each year built in not just the training hours there are so many features that we didn’t even realize we weren’t using properly until we came to the conference. What problems is Compulink Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to reformat our schedule to make it more efficient for our Front Desk to more quickly and efficiently schedule and reschedule our patients along with making it more flexible to accommodate different patients who may require different times for for example, a 10 minute pressure check versus a 30 minute new 95-year-old patient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
