What do you dislike about Compose by Decusoft?

New version 11 is still working out the "kinks". We were one of the first clients on version 11, and we found multiple bugs. This is not a long-term issue. I feel once they find and fix the bugs, the experience will be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Compose by Decusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Compose, we were using excel spreadsheets for comp management. Compose has brought us into the modern age. We have little worry about security for our comp data, and we can manage the process much easier. Additionally, Compose provides a review chain that is easy to operate. We can create custom grids and reports to help business leaders make informed compensation decisions. The flexibility and adaptability is excellent. We have custom grids for each manager, which are simple to create and administer. The reporting is excellent. We will be able to create reports that usually took hours in excel.
