The platform is far more intuitive than past tools I’ve used, such as Archer or Prevalent. Uploading our organizational data and the overall deployment led by the Complyance team were superior to any platform I’ve worked with previously. The Complyance team is meticulous and genuinely supportive; the way they developed our environment, along with the pace of deployment, meant the entire effort took only a few months from start to finish.

Their ongoing support, regular meetings, and backend services have been unmatched in my 50 years of IT deployments. On top of that, the Complyance team’s friendly, competent approach and diverse skill set helped ensure a smooth migration to this GRC solution.

The features and capabilities, along with the incorporation of AI, are a real selling point. They help support a continuous relationship and reduce the risk of this platform becoming a typical “sunk cost” after a year or two, as I’ve seen happen with other platforms.
