I like how easy it is to send out annual trainings and keep all employee information; policies, employee expectations, and more; in one place. It also makes communication between employees and employers simple and straightforward. The system performance is effective and integration into a small company with ~15 employees was simple. Our company pays good money for the program; however, there always seem to be hidden features. When you reach out to support with questions, they often suggest solutions that rely on features that are locked behind an additional cost. I assume support has access to the same tools and features our company does, so I would expect them to offer solutions that are more effective within what we already have.
