What do you like best about Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance?

The Guard centralizes our whole HIPAA program: risk assessments, policies, training, BAAs and incident tracking are all in one portal. It makes gaps easy to spot, simplifies audit preparation, and our Compliance Coach provides expert guidance whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance?

The interface could be more intuitive, and finding specific items sometimes takes extra clicks. Templates need significant tailoring for a business associate, and I'd like more flexible reporting and HR integrations to reduce manual work. These are minor compared with the overall value. What problems is Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced scattered spreadsheets and folders with one system for risk assessments, policies, training, BAAs and incidents. As a business associate, we can now answer client security reviews quickly, track training without chasing people, and show a defensible, well-documented HIPAA program.
