It's a huge plus that there is a vast list of trainings available, so I can create groups and assign specific trainings to those groups. This helps a lot with ensuring our staff and clinic are on track with annual HIPAA training, which is crucial when we renew our certificate of approval. It's also valuable for the staff as it serves as a constant reminder to handle our client's personal health records responsibly. Also, setting it up was fairly easy.
