I like that I can log all my evidence, clearly understand my requirements, and see which controls I need to address when solving for and submitting evidence. I also appreciate that they manage the auditor relationship and coordinate the audit for me. Some parts of the platform can be confusing, mainly because compliance is still a complex area. I’ve also noticed that their AI sometimes overstates the requirements needed to complete a task or provide evidence, so I always use my own AI to double-check against the frameworks and confirm that what it’s asking for isn’t overstated.
