What do you like best about Comp AI?

They provide a compliance framework that clearly lays out what needs to happen and where the deficiencies are. This makes it much easier to understand what’s required and to implement it in a streamlined way. The automation they have in place also offers actionable guidance on what needs to be fixed, which is especially helpful for maintaining compliance as changes are made to the system. What do you dislike about Comp AI?

These are minor issues overall, but some of the automations fail randomly, and I wish there were stronger support for GDPR, starting with training. Comp AI already has really great GDPR trainings; it would be helpful if there were an option in the portal to assign them to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comp AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It greatly streamlines the compliance process, so small companies can realistically put together the systems and processes needed to protect their business and their customers. It helps with understanding compliance requirements, building the framework to meet those requirements, and setting up automation to make compliance more efficient.
