What do you like best about Communal?

What do you dislike about Communal?

As with any transition to new software, there were a few pain points. We weren’t able to carry over automatic renewals, which caused some confusion for our members and created a bit of additional work for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Communal solving and how is that benefiting you?

My favourite thing about Communal is how willing they are to listen to customers. Wade Jacques and the team have spent a lot of time designing around the specific needs of Community Associations, and they continue to be open to suggestions.
