What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?

One drawback was the slower response time due to the time zone difference. While the team was always helpful and professional, questions or support requests occasionally took longer to resolve because our business hours did not overlap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?

As PMI, our significant challenge was ensuring Salesforce & Quickbooks Desktop remained in sync. Thankfully, Commercient's automation drastically reduced our manual data entry time and heightened our accuracy, effectively resolving our challenge. I would, without a doubt, endorse Commercient to any company seeking to integrate Salesforce with Quickbooks, as their team not only eliminates manual data entry time but also significantly improves the billing process efficiency.
