What do you like best about Command|Link?

CommandLink is consistently responsive, whether they’re helping me get a new account set up or circling back on a support ticket. Their ability to meet SLAs feels truly top-tier. Depending on which CommandLink tier you select for each site, you can turn on a broad range of integrations to fit what you need. On top of that, they provide their own NOC monitoring for potential threats, which means I don’t have to keep my eyes on everything all the time. The portal for CommandLink is very helpful as it is user friendly and can both provide a high-level overview or detailed statistics of a site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Command|Link?

CommandLink is a well-run company, and I have yet to have a bad interaction with them. My only real concern is the cost. The pricing isn’t bad at all for the monitoring aspect, but as you add more tools and integrations, you’ll start to see the overall cost of the service creep up. That said, you’re also paying for other people’s time and resources to help secure your network. So depending on what you include in your platform, it may end up being comparable to hiring someone in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?

CommandLink lets us know when a site is down. For the sites where we control the ISP, CommandLink also works directly with them to find out why the site is down, coordinate with their support team to resolve it, and keep us informed with any and all updates along the way. Along those same lines, when we’re having issues with a site, I’ve had a good experience reaching out to their support team and getting a call back almost immediately to help diagnose the issue as a “second set of eyes.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
