I hadn't appreciated that at the outeset (before you ask, yes it did say that in the terms and conditions, but I missed the point). When I flagged my concerns to the support desk all they could do is to tell me - "Well, it's just like with unused minutes on your mobile contract". Not to me it isn't, it just left me with the impression the company fits into the 'Money Grabbing' category. This left a sour taste and I will no longer be recommending the product to others. They appeared fine in the preview but once I generated it, the images were sideways. I believe this is because they were taken on an iPhone but I had to use more minutes to regenerate to fix it and now I am out of minutes and cannot add an intext citation that my professor requested. It is the only AI tool, as far as I know, that supports multiple avatars in one scene. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** The lip sync is sometimes a little bit unnatural when compared with other similar tools, but that is not a big problem for us. I'd like to see the creator deal with symbols a bit more - especially currency symbols. I'm sure this will come in time. The manner in which I can enter the text is 'Copy' and 'Paste' which is very important. I write the scripts beforehand and don't want to have to make them up on the fly or type them. This saves me a lot of time but most importantly allows me to be able have complex information presented in a short amount of time. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** I don't like they way it reads of websites. Sometimes it doesn't correctly approximate normal speech but that is generally okay. I would like it to be able to work with foreign languages just as easily as English but I haven't had an opportunity to explore that. In general the interaction is overly involved and could be simplified. I don't want to have change things on each individual slide - that's a time waster. I also think it is generally overpriced and the support services are not very helpful. By presenting knowledge through speakers and Slides / Screenrecordings it makes learning videos real fun and way better, then a boring power point presentation. Once you get to know the tool, which doesn't take long it is really easy to make a video and you don't need a recording studio or special skills to make stunning learning videos. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** When using 2 narrotors / conversation there is no way I can add marker points for fading in screenrecordings or designs to show things. It is only possible by the % bar, which makes it quite tricky to get the right start and end points of the screenrecodings beeing shown. Also when doing a screenrecording it only reads the first part of the conversation. Would be great to read the whole slide, so one can mae a screenrecording in one go and then also have the marker points in converstions as well like one has in the on narrotor script. Also the error messages could be clearer it took me half an hour to make the video but nearly the whole day to figure out why it is not generating the video, It was due to a word I (on purpose for pronouncation) misspelled in the script. I first needed to add it to the dictonary to start the generating of the video. But without error message I though the generating would have stated and just taking forever. **What problems is Colossyan Creator solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes making learning videos for my CRM easy and gives me the chance to make them more interessting and enjoyable for my users, so I hope they can solve their problems by simply watching the short video explainations.
