Colonial Life is hands down one of the easiest carriers to work with. The ease of implementation, integration and number of products available in every state is far above other carriers in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately having worked as a manager with Colonial Life for a long time I have to say the biggest downfall is the treatment of their salesforce. I have worked with other carriers and Corporate structures and Colonial's model is to reward new agents and mangers with higher compensation than the tenured ones. Failing to realize that those agents and managers are directly responsible for the longevity of their clientele and put in a lot more work to service them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
