What I appreciate most is that it gives everyone the same picture. People can find what they need, understand where it comes from and know whether they can rely on it, without depending on the few colleagues who happen to know.
The interface helps a lot with that. It's clean and easy to move around in, so non-technical people don't need training to get value from it. Connecting our existing tools was straightforward too, most of them were recognised out of the box, and everything stays up to date on its own. It stays fast even as the volume of information grows, which isn't a given in this category.
On cost, it's one of the rare tools where the value is obvious quickly, the time saved on questions that used to go around by email or chat pays for it. The team behind it is also genuinely responsive, and getting started took far less time than we expected.
The tool has also matured a lot. It went from being a place where information is stored to a place where it's actually managed, clear owners, clear meaning, clear rules. And it's kept pace with how quickly things are moving with AI, which is rare: most tools in this space are still talking about it, here it's already working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a lot in the tool now. That's a strength, but it means the first weeks can feel dense. You have to know what you want to achieve before you start, otherwise it's easy to get lost in the options. A clearer guided path for new teams would help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
