From assisting in brief creation to identifying top-quality creators to managing content development and payment, the Cohley team truly does it all. We have created high-quality content together that we have been able to leverage on social media, email, retail sites, and paid social, which has correlated to direct sales and lift. The platform is constantly innovating, and the development team takes user feedback into account when building out new features. Cannot recommend this platform highly enough. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** Sourcing creators is a lot of legwork on the brand's end, but I know the development team is actively working on a solution to implement new filters. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Cohley as part of our "always on" strategy to support product launches, promotions, and seasonality. Our original goal was to utilize the platform to work with smaller-scale creators for a base level of content, but the content we've been able to produce is so high level that we now collaborate with Cohley on macro and VIP level campaigns to support major innovations. ### 2. We are so pleased with the content, reviews and testimonials we receive from Cohley creators. The platform is seemless, the customer service from the Cohley team is very responsive and the vetting process is very easy. As the Marketing Manager for the US for CURREX, I can't imagine a better platform for content creation. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** Very few problems with some creators who did not comply with the exact parameters of our campaigns. Happens very infrequently and Cohley is quick to rectify the situation when it does occur. **Recommendations to others considering Cohley:** Be as specific as you can when drafting your creative brief to avoid having people apply to your campaign that may not be the best fit. By stating exactly what you are looking for, requiring, and what you are not looking for tends to weed out those that aren't a good match. It also saves time for you and the content creators by lessening the amount of creators to choose from and minimizes the back and forth needed to receive quality content on the first attempt. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to receive content with all different backdrops and environments without the expense of time and travel for our team. As we market throughout the US, we now have content that matches the areas in which we are selling our product. ### 3. We're able to launch campaigns quickly and get content from creators that meets our needs. Our account manager has also been incredibly helpful and responsive. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** There is a wide range of talent in the creators that work with Cohley--some are fantastic, some are disappointing. Cohley is continuing to enhance the creator vetting process, which is helping with this, though. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cohley is helping us amass user generated content for social ad campaigns and also giving us a way to quickly get product reviews for newly launched products. We have been able to turn almost all content generated into successful ad creative. ### 4. The briefing process is simple, and the deliverables are very high quality and create a strong impact. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** At first, we spent quite a long time reviewing and accepting our preferred content creators. Once we had an established group of creators, we were able to move much faster than the month prior. Like any solution, you get what you put into it. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cohley simplifies our user-generated content needs. There is nothing worse than chasing down contracts for multiple user-generated content producers. Cohley eliminates that and helps my team focus on delivering the best content. ### 5. Sometimes influencers also post before we can approve their content. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spreading brand awareness on Instagram. Informing our audience of new products and their benefits. Cohley helped us tailor our message through influencers and gain new followers. ### 8. We get a ton of useable images that we can use for our marketing campaigns, website, social, and even a live image feed on our website. We are also exposed to new audiences via social posts featuring our product. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** Nothing. We still get ghosted by influencers from time to time but Cohley follows up on our behalf. It's great to have someone on our side who can follow-up with partnerships to make sure they do what they are supposed to be doing. **Recommendations to others considering Cohley:** If you're considering Cohley, just go for it! They have an amazing database of influencers that can provide varied, high quality content of your product(s). Photos will start flowing in from the first campaign! **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Cohley it was hard to connect with influencers at all, much less quality leads. Now we have access to an entire database and can choose influencers based on work they've already done. The dashboard has been amazing as well instead of trying to keep track of where influencers are at in the process via emails or manual spreadsheets. ### 9. That was a key reason we selected the Cohley platform. **What do you dislike about Cohley?** No discovery tool to search the different influencers on the platform. It's also not needed for young startups who are still figuring out product-market-fit. We ended up signing a 1-year contract with Cohley, but never ran a campaign on the platform, because our product strategy was pivoting and we ended up reaching out to influencers directly on Instagram and Tiktok, which was a more effective approach for us. **Recommendations to others considering Cohley:** Cohley seems like a useful platform for more established companies. But not a great fit for young companies still looking to establish product-market-fit. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to amplify brand awareness through influencer campaigns. We didn't realize any benefits, because we never ran a campaign on the platform. ### 10. Some creators on the platform don't really seem to care. **What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can reach a lot of people to cook with my products and see how they use my products.
