What do you like best about Cognota?

I like the ease of using Cognota and that we can customize things within minutes. I also appreciate the overall visibility it provides, allowing anyone on the team to see what we're working on and where we're at. The setup seemed easy enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognota?

Cognota has a lot of data, and while the Insights and flexible Dashboards are good, they're lacking on being able to apply governance on the data (e.g, any projects or tasks past due date?) and to tell a story for our stakeholders. The team capacity is a bit cumbersome to use due to historical projects appearing per assignee, regardless of project status (e.g. don't show it if it's cancelled, or completed) and timeline. Lastly, the way effort is spread out across assignees and time frames (and how the estimated still takes up capacity even if the actual effort is updated). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cognota solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cognota consolidates our work and workflows, replaces scattered spreadsheets, and offers a unified data source.
