The most helpful thing about CognitOps to me is the visibility it grants to see where my team is working and how they are performing throughout the day. There is nothing better than a program that auto-refreshes and grants me a live look at our workload. Also, the staff at CognitOps has always been more than accommodating and has worked with us every step of the way to implement the things that we have requested and really integrated themselves into our everyday workflow to help us accomplish our goals!
