"Cognito Forms Makes Event Registrations Easy with Powerful Conditional Logic"

What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I use Cognito Forms primarily for event registrations. The most important feature for us is the conditional logic that allows us to create class schedules and enrollments on a first-come/first-served basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only complication I have experienced is the inability to modify entries involving charges once an entry has been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cognito Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Cognito Forms we had to manually assign up to 600 attendees to classes based on their submitted first and second choices in roughly 30 time slots. This was difficult to do equitably, and took five people two full days to accomplish. Class exchange was executed using printed class cards that could be exchanged on site prior to each class during designated times. The whole system was labor intensive and frustrating. With Cognito Forms registrants can see the entire offering of classes and choose their own schedules based on open seats at the time of the registration entry. Class lists for instructors can be generated, and personal schedules printed for each attendee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
