"Cognidox has totally transformed the way we work!"

What do you like best about Cognidox?

Cognidox has been a complete game changer for our group. It has allowed us to become more efficient through use of its automated workflows whilst maintaining GCP compliance and adherence to ALCOA++ principles.

We are using Cognidox as a 'single source of truth' for all of our internal clinical trial related documentation. Sponsors and auditors who have seen it have been more than impressed with the system and how we are using it in our environment.

I can't praise the Cognidox team enough - they were super helpful in sitting down with us and mapping our processes, talking us through how we could set things up to get the most out of the system. The IT support we receive is outstanding. E mails are always acknowledged in a timely manner by support staff and a helpful, easy to understand, thoughtful responses is always provided. Our account managers keep in touch regularly and are always interested to learn about our experience with the system and what we are using it for. They have also put us in touch with other customers who work in a similar area so that we are able to learn from each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognidox?

There is nothing that i dislike about Cognidox. Our experience has been extremely positive. I would recommend this system to everyone who is interested in a document management system, an electronic Trial Master File , an electronic Investigator Site File or an electronic Data Capture system. What problems is Cognidox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cognidox allows our group to remain productive even when we are working remotely. We can log into Cognidox from anywhere and at any time. Documents are now sent for review and approval within Cognidox, with full audit trails and traceability. We can see exactly who did what and when. All versions of all documents are also available and are automatically marked as draft, superseded, approved etc.

Cognidox is helping us with regulatory compliance and is also allowing us to be more productive due to the amount of time that we have saved from not having to print out documents, send them around various people (in different locations) for a wet ink signature.

Completing everything electronically also means that we no longer struggle to read handwriting.

Patient safety is the heart of what we do. In an area such as therapeutic drug monitoring in paediatric oncology, having Cognidox is benefiting not only the staff who work in this area, but also a lot of very poorly children and their families. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
