Cognidox has truly transformed the way we manage our Clinical Trial work. We rely on it as an electronic TMF, electronic ISF, and as a central database for clinical trial data. Additionally, it serves as a electronic laboratory notebook and as a document management system for all documents related to laboratory work and clinical trials.

The initial training provided by the Cognidox team empowered us to customise the platform to fit our exact needs, which is rarely possible with standard 'out of the box' electronic TMF/ISF or document management systems. The ongoing support has been excellent, with all our queries addressed promptly and efficiently.

Cognidox has also supported our hybrid working patterns. We no longer require team members to be physically present to review or sign documents, and it has significantly reduced the amount of paper we generate for clinical trial work—an improvement that benefits the environment as well.

I can't praise the Cognidox team enough - they were super helpful in sitting down with us and mapping our processes, talking us through how we could set things up to get the most out of the system. The IT support we receive is outstanding. E mails are always acknowledged in a timely manner by support staff and a helpful, easy to understand, thoughtful responses is always provided. Our account managers keep in touch regularly and are always interested to learn about our experience with the system and what we are using it for. There is nothing that i dislike about Cognidox. Our experience has been extremely positive.
