What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

CodeTwo does exactly what good software should do in everyday life: It takes a lot of work off your hands and runs reliably.

Especially when it comes to signature management, the tool saves our customers a lot of effort. Instead of dealing with tedious manual adjustments or confusing scripts, the entire management runs centrally, cleanly, and completely relaxed.

Additionally, there is a pricing model that is transparent and absolutely fair from the start. The tool is worth every single cent.

Anyone using Microsoft 365 and wanting professional email signatures without constant administrative effort cannot really get past CodeTwo. For me, it is an absolute standard tool in this combination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Honestly: From an admin and partner perspective, there is very little to complain about with CodeTwo. It is one of the few M365 tools that simply works reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without CodeTwo, Microsoft 365 lacks a clean, centralized solution for email signatures – M365 natively offers only rigid disclaimer rules that fail with modern designs and graphics. CodeTwo reliably solves this.
