I honestly do not know how to live and work without CodeSubmit anymore.<br><br>Example. Our take-home assignment has a time limit of 4 hours. An applicant from Australia decides to start it at 7pm Australian time. Our recruiter in the UAE can happily sleep, because it is 1 am in Dubai. No need to communicate all the details with every candidate.
