What do you like best about CodeSierra Tech Private Limited?

What I liked best was their consultative approach. They didn't just take a list of requirements and build it; they actually challenged our existing processes to find a more "optimal" way of doing things. It felt like having a CTO-level partner rather than just a technical vendor. Their expertise in automation is clearly where they shine they created flows that were much more sophisticated than anything we could have designed ourselves, yet the interface remains very easy for our staff to use. What do you dislike about CodeSierra Tech Private Limited?

There truly isn't much to criticize, but if I had to name something, it’s that their discovery process is incredibly thorough and deep. While this is ultimately a good thing because it leads to a better end product, it does mean the initial planning phase takes a bit of time and requires a lot of input from the business owner. If you are a small to medium-sized business owner who is worried about Salesforce being "too big" or too expensive, you should definitely talk to CodeSierra. They are experts at trimming the fat and making sure you only pay for what brings you ROI. Before working with CodeSierra Tech, our small retail business was struggling with a lot of manual data entry and a very disjointed sales process. We knew we needed Salesforce, but we were overwhelmed by the different license options and worried about overspending on features we didn't need. CodeSierra solved this immediately by auditing our actual needs and pointing us toward the most cost-effective licensing path.

Beyond the technical setup, they solved our biggest bottleneck: manual follow-ups and inventory tracking. By implementing a custom automation strategy, they’ve essentially given us back hours of our week.
