We chose Codekeeper because its SaaS platform seemed to automate more of the process and minimize manual over-and-back coordination to set up an escrow. While there was still some manual comms needed to lock in the written agreement before we could set up the escrow, their team was responsive and helpful, and that made the process nice and smooth. Escrow is expensive regardless of provider, it seems. Codekeeper had a reasonable price that was fairly on par with competitors. I would've liked if more of the agreement redlining could've happened within the platform for a smoother process, but like I said they were easy to deal with and proactive in comms which helped a lot.
