What do you like best about CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors?

1. Easy Connectivity - super simple to setup and connect to your instance (crete a basic user and permission it - then you're good to go)

2. Accuracy - I have not encountered an incorrect entry / documentation by Codebot. This makes it very trustworthy.

3. It's a TRAINING/LEARNING tool in disguise - I have learned more about the configuration and data structure of SF modules that I am unfamiliar with because of Codebot. It's incredible to have a system do the configuration for you - all you need to do is fill out a

4. Built by people that actually know SuccessFactors. It's not one of those generic RPAs that try to market their product to every user of every system under the sun - Codebot was obviously built by people who understand what both independent consultants need and customers need. What do you dislike about CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors?

Not specific to Codebot - all RPAs face this issue. When you are attempting to run extremely large processes (i.e. asking to generate the full EC workbook and Permissions, etc.), SAP can time out the bot's login session causing issues. I've encountered this only rarely and Codebot saves all the progress and notifies you when it cannot complete the heavy loads. I have learned to batch the processes as needed to get the results quickly and mov quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an Implementation Consultant - it helps me get up to speed on projects when I step in halfway through an implementation. I simply have Codebot generate the configuration workbooks and know EVERYTHING that the previous consultant customized without having to poke around the tool for hours on end.

As a SuccessFactors administrator - I have to promote configuration and data changes from Dev > Test > Production. SAP provides a native Instance Sync tool for this - but I find myself using Codebot for this process because it's easier, just as comprehensive (if not more), and will color-code the changes made or any errors in the workbook directly for easy before/after comparison Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
