What do you dislike about CoCountant?

As we're still relatively new clients, we're continuing to refine workflows and processes together. The onboarding process required a significant time investment, but we understand that much of that work was necessary to establish a strong foundation. While the transition has been demanding, we can already see the value in having cleaner systems, better reporting, and a more integrated accounting partner, and we're excited to continue improving the workflow together. What problems is CoCountant solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been managing our bookkeeping in-house for the past eight years while relying on outside CPAs for tax preparation. During that time, we've worked with three different accounting firms and consistently found gaps in either communication, responsiveness, or the scope of services provided. We were looking for more than a bookkeeper—we wanted a true accounting and financial partner who could integrate with our operations and help us understand and manage business performance on an ongoing basis.

So far, CoCountant has solved that problem for us. They communicate financial information in a way that is accessible and actionable for someone who is not an accounting expert.
