What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?

It’s easy to use and just as easy to explain to our users when we need them to initiate it. Since our user base demographics are all over the place, it really helps to have an intuitive way to connect and view their screen, even when they aren’t very comfortable using computers.

What do you dislike about Cobrowse.io?

We’ve been having ongoing issues with it staying persistent and remaining connected when a user opens a page that’s driven by an integration we have with another service. We’ve tried to address this a few times, but we still run into problems where the connection freezes or drops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our support team to see exactly what the user is seeing on their end, which mainly helps us explain why we’re requesting certain information on the forms the user is filling out. Also, if the user runs into an error or another problem within the app, being able to view the issue directly on their screen helps our support team diagnose and resolve it on the spot, or provide clearer, more complete details when escalating the issue.
