What do you like best about Cobrowse.io?

Giving customers the ability to share their screen with support agents improves the overall customer experience and helps speed up resolution. What problems is Cobrowse.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Cobrowse.io, we often had to ask customers to email screenshots of error messages and other issues. That meant switching channels from voice to email, which added significant time to the resolution process. With Cobrowse, we can actually see what the customer is seeing—customer issues, system errors, incorrect configurations, and more—and provide solutions in real time. Without that visibility, we were frequently guessing what the customer was doing or experiencing. Cobrowse has improved our speed to resolution, and that directly drives positive CSAT.
