What do you like best about CO3?

CO3 powers visibility for thousands of our shipments every day, across hundreds of telematics providers in our carrier network. For an asset-light operator, that is the hard part: our carrier base changes constantly, and CO3 still gives both our internal teams and our customers full, real-time visibility of the assets moving their freight. Beyond the GPS position itself, the ETA predictions and dwell time calculations are accurate enough that we actually run operations on them. We can see early when a loading or unloading is going to slip, and act on it before it becomes a problem for the customer rather than after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CO3?

Initial onboarding requires some setup work, particularly getting carriers and their telematics connections in place. It's worth being realistic about that upfront effort. That said, it pays off quickly: once the connections are live, they simply run, and the ongoing maintenance on our side is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our core problem is fragmentation: hundreds of carriers, each with their own telematics provider, and no practical way to build and maintain all of those connections ourselves. CO3 gives us one aggregated data stream instead. The benefit shows up in efficiency: fewer check calls to drivers, fewer manual status updates, and accurate ETA and dwell time data that lets us anticipate changes, replan early, and keep customers informed proactively.
