What I like best about CO3 is how it simplifies and centralizes shipment tracking. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and provides transparent, high-quality tracking data, significantly reducing manual status requests. Carrier onboarding is fast and straightforward, regardless of the telematics solution being used, and the API makes integration with our own TMS easy. This saves considerable time and effort and delivers clear value for the cost. The centralized data also creates a solid foundation for data-driven insights and future applications. Most importantly, the CO3 team provides excellent support, with a dedicated contact person always available when questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are currently no major downsides. However, faster carrier onboarding would be particularly valuable for spot business, where there may be only 60–90 minutes between awarding the transport order and loading. If a new carrier that is not yet connected is assigned, onboarding speed becomes a critical factor. At the same time, we recognize that CO3 also depends on the carrier’s cooperation and the processes of the respective telematics provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
