"CO3 supplementation: practical and effective choice"
5/5
What do you like best about CO3?

I would say that overall the experience has been really positive and has brought concrete benefits at both the operational and organizational levels.

One of the most useful things is definitely the accuracy of GPS tracking: the platform allows you to follow the vehicles in real time, with frequent and reliable updates. This greatly reduced uncertainty during deliveries. For example, more than once we have been able to notify end customers immediately in the event of delays, improving both communication and service perception.

Another strong point is the data history. The system records routes, stops, and timelines, so you can do detailed analysis afterward as well. It was really helpful in identifying some inefficiencies: in one specific case, we noticed that a route had recurring delays at certain times, and so we reorganized shipments, avoiding precisely those critical moments. What do you dislike about CO3?

The main limitation concerns integrations: each GPS provider requires specific configurations, often manual, resulting in increased onboarding times and technical complexity, especially in contexts with heterogeneous logistics partners.

Furthermore, integration with other business systems is not always seamless and may require customized interventions or manual tasks for data synchronization, partially reducing the benefits of automation.

Finally, data quality depends heavily on the devices used by vendors, with possible differences in accuracy and refresh rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
