I like the features like the blog, forum, and connectivity that comes with the platform. I also like the reward system available to users as they are able to redeem for rewards. That feature is great for interaction and engagement with your audience. The blog feature allows you to share thoughts and information with the readers as well as post comments which is always helpful. The Google Translate option is great for businesses that have a community full of people who speak other languages. I feel like the pricing is a bit steep for the platform and is not tailored to small businesses with regard to pricing. I'm not sure the newsletter system integrates with current platforms you have newsletters setup with but that would be ideal since I use a different e-news blast platform to send out newsletters to my followers and readers. Again, the pricing is just too steep for us as a startup small business. I think they should come up with a different pricing structure for really small businesses with 1-4 employees.
