What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

Once you get past the initial learning curve, the ease of use is a real plus. The interface is laid out logically across modules, so after our team understood the overall navigation, moving into new areas like procurement or equipment management didn’t require much additional training. What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?

There’s so much functionality packed into the platform that it can take some time to uncover every feature that’s relevant to my role, but that feels like a small price to pay for having so much capability in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we had limited insight into equipment utilization and maintenance costs, which made it difficult to tell whether we were managing our fleet efficiently. With CMiC’s tracking tools, we now have that visibility, and it’s helped us make more informed decisions about repairs, replacements, and how we allocate equipment across jobs.
