It's a very easy-to-use, intuitive program. From a VDC perspective, it has powerful uses for marketing/proposals. The team constantly makes improvements and allows users to have input into the process. I use this program for every single project I am involved in. The customer support is outstanding, and it integrates well with many of the programs I was already using. Getting started took one session. Implementation was a breeze.
