I use Clumio as our enterprise data protection platform for all AWS-based resources. I really like how it has greatly improved backup speeds on large EC2 instances and enhanced recovery speeds for both volumes and full instances. Its ease of use is fantastic, and the customer support is great. It's one of the best vendor relationships I've experienced. If an issue arises, they are quick to respond, dig into it, and assist us. Whenever we uncover a bug, they work with third-party vendors on our behalf to resolve it, and it gets patched very quickly.
