"Cludo Makes On-Site Search Monitoring and Optimization Easy"

What do you like best about Cludo Search?

Cludo makes it easy to monitor and optimize our on-site search functionality. Managing a large site filled with a diverse array of topics requires an extremely organized approach. Cludo helps us keep information organized, prioritize the topics that our audience finds important, and optimize our webpages to deliver users to the ideal page to help answer their queries. What do you dislike about Cludo Search?

I don't dislike anything about the platform, but I believe Cludo has room to grow the platforms offerings. AI could drastically enhance automations or provide meaningful recommendations when opportunities are identified. For example, an AI agent could flag misspellings with what it believes the correct spelling should be, allowing site administrators to approve or deny changes before they take effect. It could provide recommendations for synonyms or suggest page rankings for topics based on the information its able to crawl on the site. Allowing an AI agent to make suggestions would enhance Cludo's performance and increase productivity working within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cludo Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Cludo's dashboard gives us key insight on what users are searching for on our site. It allows us to better understand our audience and identify gaps throughout our site where we could clear up information, optimize user journeys, or expand on content where gaps are identified. Aside from just operating the site's search functionality, it gives us better knowledge about how users are interacting with our site and what they're looking for.
