What do you like best about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

I love how user friendly Brandbassador is both on the brand side, AND the influencer side. Having an app is super convenient for ambassadors to submit content wherever they are! I also love all the support from Brandbassador. From the customer support, to the monthly check ins with our rep, they truly care about your company being successful! What do you dislike about Club (formerly Brandbassador)?

I wish there was an app for the management side of things for the brands. It would make it SO easy to approve missions, create missions, approve applications, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Club (formerly Brandbassador):

Brandbassador has been really great to work with. Our ambassadors seem to enjoy the platform, and is very user friendly! I love the amount of support received from the Brandbassador team as well. What problems is Club (formerly Brandbassador) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hired on to start our ambassador program from scratch, and it has made all the difference in growing our ambassador program quickly. We tried another tool before Brandbassador, and it was completely unsuccessful. We have seen positive ROI, and so much more social awareness/engagement for our brand! It has been awesome. We have also had so many ambassadors organically join our program without even having to reach out. We've had customers turn into ambassadors which has been awesome!
