We had a team with various levels of experience and the SDR Program lacked consistent training. Cory and the team worked with us to plan a full refresh of outbound/inbound daily activities, daily playbooks, onboarding documents, and skills expectations. They also worked with me to ensure alignment with our marketing and sales partners within our organization so that the SDR could make the largest positive impact possible. The remote leadership training was good too! The in-person training was a huge benefit for really nailing down the skills we needed to work; great experience for the team as well.
