What do you like best about Cloze?

I love how I never need to enter any information since Cloze keeps my contacts up to date and tracks all my communication. It automatically recommends who to talk to and helps ensure I don't miss anything I've promised to clients, so no one slips through the cracks. The automatic updates make it feel like my personal assistant, unlike other platforms which require too much manual work. The initial setup was awesome too; I just connected my email and phone, and I started getting useful suggestions right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloze?

I'd love if I could do larger newsletters with it. I understand that's part of the Cloze enterprise platform - but I'm not on that plan level. I'd love it if there was a way to get that feature as an add-on to my current plan instead of having to be enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Cloze to stay connected with clients effortlessly. It updates my contacts, tracks all communications, and suggests follow-ups.
