What do you dislike about Clozd?

Can be expensive compared to some other providers but possibility to cut down the costs by choosing Scale/Flex/Survey interviews instead of Premium

Recommendations to others considering Clozd:

Great provider of win-loss studies. The platform is good and integrates with CRM, Crayon, etc. We have used them so far for buyer interviews in the UK and NA. They won't call UK-based prospects if phone numbers are not provided (GDPR-related) but in the US they can do so even if phone numbers are missing. There are various types of interviews available, which help bring down project costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
