What do you like best about Clovers?

Clovers has transformed our hiring process! Ever since we started using the video interview tools, we’ve been having more insightful and meaningful conversations with our applicants. Instead of getting distracted by note-taking, our interviewers are fully present to each person and able to get to know them on a deeper level. We’re forming stronger connections with candidates and ultimately can make more informed hiring decisions. What do you dislike about Clovers?

What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Clovers, our hiring teams have more freedom to focus on each candidate conversation without distractions. And we’ve loved having video recordings and interview transcripts to refer back to when we’re making hiring decisions. It makes the decision-making process much easier for everyone.
