What do you like best about Cloudtheapp eQMS?

I love that Cloudtheapp eQMS is easy to use and that their support team is excellent. It helped move our paper-based system electronic, improving efficiency and reducing the time for paperwork to be completed. I enjoy the ability to be collaborative with our team members, making it very simple to send records to others. The initial setup was very easy, allowing us to be fully implemented in under 6 months. What do you dislike about Cloudtheapp eQMS?

The only thing I would suggest is the ability to change font (color, style, etc.). Currently, there is only one font size and type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
