What do you like best about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

Hosted online.

A lot of functions do not require the need for programming.

A lot of support in the documentation and a big network of experts.

Easy to make changes with no code.

A lot of things users can do themselves like creating reports and dashboards are available.

Can export the data to other databases with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

Cost is high per license.

Some functions in reporting like highlighting fields or capturing a time span is not able to be done in reporting.

Limited reporting abilities with non-related objects. That requires a person to export the data to run.

Being multi-tenant means the programs can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We originally had a custom, in-house built software and hosting the application on-prem. With Salesforce, we were able to modernize the application with less need for a coder and make it on the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
